–Welcome to the Sky Carnival! It’s Week 23 and this one was really complicated to make. It has just about 100 layers and as I sit here typing this I see things I should have fixed. Unfortunately, going back that far down the stack would be almost impossible. Oh well, I still like it. Most of it is from stock images except the Ferris Wheel which I let Adobe’s AI come up with something because I couldn’t find anything that would work. The background and the clouds are all hand-painted in Photoshop.
My concept was someone who has their own paradise in the clouds and people keep trying to break in. I wanted to come up with someone who was the owner but just couldn’t find anything that worked, so I picture him as being in the castle this evening.
