This is an interesting little piece that popped up out of nowhere. I was watching some training that was looking at some of the art of Anna Czekala. It was so cool cause she would take a rather hum drum picture, sometimes two, and Copy, Move, Warp, etc… those pictures until she got something really cool. Then she would add adjustment layers and filters in Photoshop to come up with a final piece. The challenge put to those of us watching the training was to try doing something similar. So that’s what I did.
There are only two pictures in this piece. I had a picture of a butterfly, which you can probably identify, and a picture of a daisy which may be a bit harder to pick out. Most of the real work was on the daisy to make the background. Then I added the butterflies and then just played around with that old Photoshop magic! Not my best piece but definitely not my worst.
