Welcome to Week 21! I was going back through old photos again and came across this one. I’ve always liked it and wasn’t sure what I could do with it so I decided to try to turn it into an illustration. I used Topaz as well as some various textures and frames and I think it came out pretty good. One thing I see while I am typing this that I missed is the strange blue glow around the subject’s sneakers. I wonder if that is something Topaz did or if my extraction was off and I didn’t notice it or if my cataracts have gotten too bad or what. Oh well…its part of the piece now so there you have it!
