I was going back through old photos again and came across this one.  I&#8217;ve always liked it and wasn&#8217;t sure what I could do with it so I decided to try to turn it into an illustration.  I used Topaz as well as some various textures and frames and I think it came out pretty good.  One thing I see while I am typing this that I missed is the strange blue glow around the subject&#8217;s sneakers.  I wonder if that is something Topaz did or if my extraction was off and I didn&#8217;t notice it or if my cataracts have gotten too bad or what.
