Went on a little stroll with the camera today….

I wanted to try to make a Diptych today and had no idea how to do it in Lightroom 3.  For those who don’t know, a diptych is two photos that fit better together than they did apart. A mini story in two frames.  At any rate, there are several tutorials on how to make diptychs in Lightroom 2, but Lightroom 3 had changed enough that the old tutorials didn’t work.  So I futzed around and finally figured out how to do it.  Maybe I should post a short tutorial on it for LR3.  At any rate, here’s the finished product.

I was fortunate enough to be asked by the folks at replaymma.com to shoot some photos cage side at Bellator 27, an MMA series that was making a stop here in San Antonio.  The low light and cage wire presented a real challenge to shoot, but it was a total blast.  I hope I get to try again.  Thanks to Joe Kordish for recommending me for the job.
